**Cheques required only if you choose the option of using the ‘20^th Burlington Fundscrip’ account as payment option.

Orders will not be allowed to go through if payment has not been received.

NSF charges will be the responsibility of cheque writer.

Please do not hesitate to call Allison or Brad (905 333 5386) to make arrangements to drop off your payment at their home if the Section meeting date is not convenient for you.
