The Parent/Guardian Consent Form must be printed out, signed and returned for your son to attend the Burlington Area Sixer / Second Camp; November 4th through 6th at Camp Manitou.

Please use our Camp Form to identify yourself as being able to assist with the transportation or at the camp.

The Scouts will be participating in numerous events during the weekend so they must come dressed for all types of weather.

If payment is by cheque, please make it payable to 20th Burlington Scouts.
