The Parent/Guardian Consent Form must be printed out, signed and returned for your son to attend the Scout Brigade of Fort George Re-enactment Camp; September 19th through September 21st, 2006; at Butlers Barracks, Fort George, Niagara-on-the-Lake

Please use our Camp Form to identify yourself as being able to assist with the transportation or at the camp.

Scouts are required to wear their uniform for traveling.
Full uniform means their neckerchief and Scout Shirt, No Sash

If you require a musket ($30) please contact
Scouter Richard Ernst (905 632-9266) before June 20th, so we can order one for you. Remember the phrase "Some Assembly Required"

The Scouts will be sleeping in tents and all food will be supplied.

The Scouts will be participating in numerous historical events during the weekend so they must come dressed in period costume. The events go rain or shine.

If payment is by cheque, please make it payable to 20th Burlington Scouts.
