The Parent/Guardian Consent Form must be printed out, signed and returned for your son to attend the Dorchester International Camp; May 12th to May 14th at Camp Bel, Dorchester, Ontario.

Due to the distance we have to travel to get to camp and being uncertain about Hospital Admission requirements in the London area we require that we have the Youth's O.H.I.P. card for this camp

Please use our Camp Form to identify yourself as being able to assist with the transportation or at the camp.

Scouts are required to wear their uniform for traveling.
Full uniform means their neckerchief and Scout Shirt, No Sash.

The Scouts will be sleeping in tents and all food will be supplied.

The Scouts will be participating in numerous events during the weekend so they must come dressed for all types of weather.

If payment is by cheque, please make it payable to 20th Burlington Scouts.
