The Parent/Guardian Consent Form must be printed out, signed and returned for your son to attend the Burlington Area Co-op Camp; September 26th through September 28th, 2008; at Camp Manitou

Please use our Camp Form to identify yourself as being able to assist with the transportation or at the camp.

Scouts are required to wear their uniform for traveling.
Full uniform means their neckerchief and Scout Shirt, No Sash.

The Scouts will be participating in numerous events during the day so they must come dressed for all types of weather.

The Scouts will be sleeping in tents and all food will be supplied.
